You will be asked to sign in again for security reasons. Answer yes to the certificate questions, as you know you are on the CCIL web site.

We have included the SquirrelMail Tips article on the Features page of this edition of the newsletter. That way this information will not be lost when the link changes in the future for updated news.

ADDRESS BOOK

How can I set select an address in my Address Book?

Address Book

If you are composing an email, click the Address button to bring up the Address Book. You can select a single or  multiple destination addresses that you added to your Personal Address Book. You have the option of using To:  [   ], Ccc: [   ], or Bcc: [   ] copy addresses.

To search for a CCIL user not in your Address Book,  type the name, and then click Search. You'll see that it  found the user in CCIL's database. If the search is empty, then you either typed the name wrong, or they are not in the CCIL Database. Sometimes the user may add or leave out their middle initial, or spelled their name in a different way than you anticipated.

To the right of all this and with a bar '|'  indicating that this is not part of the Search box procedure, there's a 'List All' button.
